A professional with the valuable advantage of wide experience and exposure, Mr. Vijay Kumar is known for his dedication, commitment and integrity. A natural leader with a vision to establish Royal Marines as a global leader, Mr. Vijay Kumar is a key member of our core team. Mr. Vijay Kumar pursued his B.Tech Civil Engineering in 1985 and worked as a site Engineer with a reputed firm, and went on to begin his own shrimp farming. Mr. Vijay Kumar later joined hands to start Shrimp processing unit. Mr. Vijay Kumar is immensely privileged to have a pioneer alongside, who is no doubt a guiding force and an inspiring figure.

Sudhakaran has a Masters degree in Fishery Sciences in 1995, and worked as a Technical Officer with an internation based company. Later Mr. Sudhakaran evolved to work with reputed organizations, and soon joined hands to become an entrepreneur and lead a leading company in Shrimps Industry. The will to succeed and carry further the good work, will inevitably transform into excellence.
